    Crossectional description study was carried out on the 60 dissections of the femoral specimens (included 17 men and 13 women). Results: 98.3 of ascending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery from the LCFA and deep femoral artery, only 1.7% from the femoral artery. The ascending branch of LCFA give out a transverse branch (81.7%). The diameter of the ascending branch is 2.6 mm. On each thigh, the ascending branch give out 4.1 branches supplying for muscles of thigh.
