Postoperative nausea and vomiting rate in dexamethasone and ondansetrone intravenous group before spinal anesthesia (group 3) (30%) was lower than the dexamethasone intravenous group before spinal anesthesia (group 2) (46.67%) (p < 0.05). Postoperative nausea and vomiting medium frequency per a patient in group 3 (1.7 ± 0.26 times) was lower than group 2 (2.3 ± 0.62 times) (p < 0.05). Headache rate in group 3 (10%) was higher than group 2 (3.33%) (p > 0.05). Pruritus rates of group 3 and group 2 were 3.33%.
