    The blind, controlled, randomized, prospective, clinical trial study was carried out on sixty eight patients divided into two groups (34 patients per group): the first group received intrathecal sufentanil (5 mcg) added 5 mg of 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine and the second one received intrathecal fentanil (25 mcg) added 5 mg of 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine in transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) from October 2010 to May 2011 at the Departement of Anesthesiology, 103 Hospital
