Study was carried out on 63 colon cancer patiens treated by right hemicolectomy at Department of Abdomal Surgery in 103 Hospital from June 2004 to June 2008. After 3 years, the information of 36 cases were recorded. The results of this study showed that Dukes stage is a factors that effected servival rate at 3 years after surgery. The servival rate of patients with Dukes B stage and Dukes C stage were 78.6% and 50%, respectively. All patients with Dukes D stage were died at 3 years after surgery. The tumor situation with complication or invade tissuses had reduced the survival rate at 3 years after surgery (p < 0.05). Some other factors such as hemoglobin level before surgery and tumor size had no significant diference among groups on the survival rate at 3 years after surgery (p > 0.05).
